The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) just announced a recall of 'Shrek Forever After 3D' Collectable Drinking Glasses, manufactured by ARC International and distributed by McDonald's Corporation.

Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. The designs on the glasses contain cadmium. Cadmium is a naturally occurring element in soil that is commonly used to enhance pigment in glassware and other consumer goods. Long term exposure to cadmium can cause adverse health effects.

Details are available on CPSC and McDonald's sites.
